Most of the accessible intelligence in the world… in the universe… isn’t human, and is staggeringly older than the modest accomplishments of our species as representational cognitives. So, if your idea of the universe or world is that we’re intelligent… at all, you’re essentially fucked. In the sense that the actually accessible veritable intelligence is (nearly) all non-human.

What we refer to as ‘our minds’ … are nothing like local possessions at all. They are not local to our bodies, and are something more like a side-effect of our participation in vast arrays of intelligences within and surrounding us. Our ‘minds’ are the result of relationships of which, generally, we have never been bold enough to conceive of.

This points out a direction. A landmark in consciousness. That landmark is mutual concern. If one shares the concerns of the entire network of intelligences… then forms of mind that are completely beyond our rather primitive modern situation… are immediately accessible. Because, at its basis, that’s what intelligence is… agreement. Not with models or ideas…

with Nature as it actually exists beyond our ideas of Sapiens Supremacy.

The universe is a complex congugate of mutually concerned intelligences. What humans are doing, generally speaking, is in direct opposition to the fact of awareness and symbiotic union over time. There are hyperstructures of anciently evolved intelligence existing as the nature and structure of timeSpace. And this has nearly nothing to do with anything we have ever imagined, let alone declared.
