It’s not really hard to understand that our societies have almost explicitly lethal priorities. Just imagine someone who keeps the kitchen sink totally spotless. But whose mind is a nightmare-battlefield of toxic, never-examined… filth. The sink is the trivial appearance of displaced responsibility. And it’s visible, so one can’t avoid seeing or smelling it… and the superficial problem can’t really be hidden elsewhere. Many of us are similar in some way, but what we call our societies (which are actually just disease-breeding reactors)… and even our own minds… capture and magnify the ‘traditional’ approach… hide the damage everywhere it’s possible. Now imagine that the person who cleans the sink fastidiously, doesn’t actually wash any dishes… they just export them to the closets in neighbor’s houses… while winning ‘clean sink’ awards and appearing on talk shows.
