Someone at push hands accused me of being studious. I laughed and said, “You’ve got the wrong idea about me.” They doubled down, and said “No, I know you’re studious.” I said, “Well, yes, but only informally…” They laughed, then, and said, “Ok, but that’s some awfully effective informality.”
