The tragic serendipity in today’s video… is absolutely real. But I really wish it hadn’t happened… or that I could go back in time… and ensure it never happened.

And at the same time, I honor the communication it comprises, and hope my viewers may be similarly inclined.

I here reflect on a topic that I spent some time writing about earlier today: the ‘occult’ (as in obscured, hidden, taboo) dangers of human representational consciousness… and the frameworks around which this faculty orbits. What it does, what it fails to do… what we lose when we gain it, and what we can do to retrieve our humanity and potential for something resembling active sensing (and intelligence) from an array of abstract processes gone haywire…

In this video, a tragic and powerful serendipity occurs. Previous to making this video, I performed a ceremony where I requested that my attention and awareness be directed by other life forms, including but not limited to: trees, bees, birds, living places, the Great World Forest… and Origin.

I have been increasingly overwhelmed by such serendipities in recent videos, but this one is entirely off the charts. It perfectly exemplifies my concerns in a way that no possible verbal behavior could accomplish.
