Those forces that oppress the people… are fictions. ‘They’ are not (generally) an actual they. They are, in fact, the standing bodies of our failure to establish any kind of ‘we’ that is actual, mutual, intelligent or true. In those cultures that »do establish this, the ‘they’ is either extremely weak, or relatively non-existent… within those cultures (though ‘they’ still exist as extrinsic forces and collectives).
