One salute I make this day and one alone. To those who were silenced, true and noble in soul and way. To those who were lied about, cursed, destroyed. To the prison-breakers. The broken, the disappeared. The unknown. They who had no voice. The lost. The true, the beautiful who were not raised above but crushed below. The unfashionable. The ones who are divine outsiders, pleading with us to awaken to a truth beyond all creeds or books, a truth beyond all laws. They who died in the truth of witness, kidnapped at arms, taken in their homes or in the way, most often, alone, unloved, unseen. Abused. They died as sport for tyrants and their false angels. They died for lies and false ‘wealth’. They die today, while we give ‘gifts’, unknown, unseen and far away. And to their grace and they alone, those who live in truth and not its styles. They who die in battle with forces malignant and multifarious, not in strife with apparitions of their egos in mirrors. To the true, the lost, the denied, the hated, the broken. I salute you. And shall be yours. My heart, my hands, my ears and mouth. My eyes and spirit of the skies. For always. As one voice and arm. One heart, one mind, one memory … alive, intent, divine.
