When you were an infant… you were surrounded by adults.
And thus -you could not help but notice that you were crawling-.
And, eventually you walked amongst them, and became a child of the mind, rather than the body. Alas! For as a child of the mind you were surrounded by those who worshiped crawling, and there were no ‘adults’ in this sense — against whose adroit and skillful action you could measure and improve your situation. And, for most of us… we will live and die… thinking we walk in the mind… when, in fact, we never even stood up. Not even once.
Until death knocks near and loud.
Then, perhaps… we notice.
Too late!
Too late.
So allow me to suggest that you… find someone who is -walking amongst those who crawl-. And accept nothing less as a goal. And when you get to the next phase?
Repeat. Because, after the first phase? Crawling is invisible. And thus it pretends to be standing, running, … even flying.
