Are you disabled, marginalized, isolated, judged, broken, forgotten, beleaguered, and alone? Do you feel rejected or judged by other people or culture? Is there something that makes you feel like other people are always attacking you?
Then I ask that you consider this, which I assure you comes from a person like yourself:
-Nothing- that can overcome the beauty, power, and love of the human spirit within each person, and when this fire is lit in our hearts, the ignorance and hubris of the small-minded become less of a plague than a blessing, for we begin to realize that it is =they- who are disabled, not us.
And whilst -we- may have some disease, or difference, something that our cultures or the cruel reject or judge us for… or debility of the body which we cannot amend? They are beset with a disease of the mind and relation which, cancer-like, feeds upon and shrivels their humanity… and thus, our role, in such cases, is not victim… outcast… or judge… it is…
healer.
