Facebook is a psychic adventure. I can often sense something strange, even before we’re friends in many cases, when someone and I are experiencing some sort of synchrony. I have (over 20 times) looked at the page of a stranger with interest, and, within the hour, received a friend request from that stranger. Even weirder things happen.

This is new terrain, but we think we know ‘how it works’. Well, after studying this closely now for a few years, I have realized that not only do we not know how this works, this is re-working how we know. All the way down to the root.

It’s like a childhood, of sorts, for adults, except, for most of them, instead of having a new one (and thus achieving a new rung of maturity) they are just re-playing the old one. The results? Abysmal. But for those who are awake, the possibilities are beyond anything one can easily imagine or sustain a model of. Far beyond.
