We are taught to evaluate situations in ways that inhibit our development and success. This is a simple matter, because we are entranced by the frameworks of identity we apply unconsciously in lieu of deeper, more intimate relation and understanding. Thus, we consider some situations ‘problems’ and understand them in terms of threats or harm. Yet this approach is amongst the least effective. The entire framework should support success, learning, evolution and development. We are, in too many cases, trapped with draconian approaches that consume the best part of our intelligence and learning momentum, retuning, in general, little but shadows.
