“Now, -if- there was a god, and by this I do not refer to the ridiculous senses so common among human cultures, but those so astonishing and profound as to actively compel ecstatic wonder, enthusiasm, joy and liberation…

I’d like to suggest that such a god would never remain distant or hidden, and would, in point of fact, provide you with -an asset- that allowed you direct and irrevocable -participation- with what is and surely must be -your own divinity-.

And whether or not there is a god… I say to you that this asset exists and you can verify this yourself. You were ceaselessly intimate with it in earliest childhood, and you used it to bootstrap not only your mind, but your intellect. Back then you understood it approximately as ‘a strange friend’. As you acquired language, it was either co-opted, hidden, lost, or silenced.

But you’re carrying the asset. In fact, you activate a portion of it any time you interact with language. Remember that.

As to whether or not it indicates the existence of ‘god’ or not… well, you’ll have to activate it, and then pursue the matter in person. Just as every other one of us has done.”
