Most of what a human being is, is unknown to nearly everyone. Because most of what we are is the potential to become more than all of our models. Endless potentials. Hidden within us, awaiting catalysts from relation. From the environment. From education.

Most of what we are and can become is packed inside us like a treasure left by nameless gods, a treasure concealed in the heart of a dreaming child stranded on a paradisiacal island in spacetime. A treasure whose boundless promise is not even hinted at in our living moment, because we have turned away from living beings toward and into representations of them. Numbers. Statistics. Data. Into stories, fictions, religions, and ideas. Models.

So it’s really easy to deprive a human animal of its birthrights. All you have to do is get them to believe that the envelope is equivalent to the contents.

The envelope is just the protective wrapping. What’s inside is as astonishing as the entire universe. Endless seemingly impossible abilities. Abilities beyond our stories, religions, and sciences the way a star is beyond a drawing of a lit match.

And nearly no one will ever discover them. Because they will believe the models and stories they find in human culture instead. And thus, they will receive the envelope, and actually believe it was the letter.
