If one follows and enters the very moment of perception more and more fully, so that it is no longer possible to sustain a sense of person, history (including sequence), place, or identity because there is no more -extent- in which to demonstrate or engineer its inner sequentiality or coherence… this practice will eventually result something I will not belittle in description, where one’s attention is -becomes flow- … instantaneously emerging in and as a sort of pure experience which is intimately relational with place and circumstance.

This sense is too astonishing to describe, and what I offer here barely comprises its footprint in water. But the reason I mention it is this: if you manage the feat I here describe, the nature, character, efficacy and function of this relational flower that your awareness actually -=is=- becomes manipulable to your intention. This is analogous to the sudden experience of flight, inwardly, where, in all previous time, one had not been able to move at all.

The results of this I will again demur from describing, but suffice it to say that this option of presence sheds egoic and intellectual subterfuge with such efficiency that nearly all of the available energy of one’s emotional power and intelligence become admissible to conscious direction.

Along with its more astonishing results, this naive practice ennobles our humanity and returns the actual assets and powers of our human incarnation to intelligent oversight. It is also a way of learning with endless depth and sophistication; and, unlike its ordinary counterpart, it prefers to directly demonstrate excellence rather than advertise it endlessly.
