The humans are terribly afraid of feces. They think the dogs mad when they see them rolling in it, or eating it. Such humans would be edified to observe themselves dealing with the emotional, circumstantial, and behavioral analogs in their own lives and minds. Strangely, they might be surprised to discover that they, too, are ‘rolling in it’ and ‘eating it’, whenever they come across it. Of course, there are wiser applications for offal than bathing and food. But most of the humans are too busy laughing at the dogs to understand what the dogs’ message might mean… for the humans.
