A simple observation of their common activities in relation to the citizenry from which their funding and power derives reveals that when authorities say they will not tolerate violence and destruction, what they too often mean is that they will not tolerate ˚others engaging in their specialty˚; and more — that only they are entitled to arbitrarily enforce and propagate such activity when and wheresoever they may choose — particularly when it can be rendered profitable or protects their interests.
