As the whale becomes in surfacing, we become in dreaming.

She rises to capture a bubble of air and light, drawing it into herself as she descends again into the depths of the oceans. There, she sings and transforms the bubble, until she must rise again.

We ‘rise’ from sleep to capture a bubble of the murky mystery of dreaming, drawing it into ourselves, to carry and transform as we ‘dive’ into the waking world and its deceptively ‘clear’ light of day. There, in our waking lives, we sing, and transform the bubble we carry…

Just as she must breathe, we must dream…
