That beauty is true is certain — and yet, what beauty exists in the absence of a witness/participant? Any? I think none. Which means that the experiencer ’embeauties’ the beautiful through a process of reflection within themselves. Beauty is not intrinsic, but the result of relational synergies within witnesses and/or participants. And it seems clear that some indigenous rituals preserve this understanding.
