The easy stuff is boring and often leads to habits that… suck. If I do not challenge myself, immediately and often, to surpass everything I have seen, thought, known, and hoped, well… I must be in a rut. And even when I look around and find I’ve dug one, I usually notice all these interesting patterns in the situation and my relationship with it, which ends up with me… challenging myself again.
