Japan has -=no idea=- what to do about its reactor crisis. Neither does any other nation or agency. That’s the simple fact that comes through all of the news spin. They are waiting, hoping that some sort of unexpected or miraculous intervention occurs all by itself. Ever seen the outcome of that in other familiar crises of planetary proportion? It fails. Utterly. Catastrophically. Every time.
