It is strange that we are not generally trained to use and care for our minds — and when we are, the training is usually baldly lopsided. If we really had any idea how dangerous and prone to catastrophic misevaluation these untrained minds are, we would shut down their capacity to lead us until we could more deeply understand their dangers, and their powers.
