How many children were told to give up their interest in music or art and ‘get a real job’? Now think: how much easier it was to silently tell and convince us to give up our souls and ‘get a real intelligence’. And though many of us swore as children we would stand firm… in the end, most of us fell, and forgot the vow we made then: ‘I will remember, and change the world’.
