I want to make something very clear. BP isn’t the only corporation playing russian roulette with the planet. There are thousands, if not millions of others. Halliburton, Dow, Monsanto amongst their ranks. No one is overseeing them. No one can. Even if BP doesn’t ‘accidentally succeed’ in pulling the trigger — one of the others will, and very soon. Depend on it. It’s corporations, or a living world.
