I saw a single instance of a double-yolked egg in my entire lifetime prior to a month ago. I went and got a dozen eggs from Santa Rosa egg farm. So far, out of 7 used, 5 had double yolks and one had a triple yolk. And I can tell that a number of others in the carton...
